I'm Dr. Matt. I am a 2019 graduate of St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota, where I studied biology and exercise science, played football, and met my wife, Emily. I went on to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota, graduating in 2022.
Beginning my career in a small-town setting sparked my appreciation for the variety rural care offers—from treating infants and children to working with older adults and athletes. I value building genuine connections with my patients and I enjoy getting to know you on a personal level.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family and talking about my cat and dog (my first “children”), my love of hunting and fishing, my passion for sports, and my energetic daughter, Annie. I'm always happy to share stories and look forward to learning more about you and your interests as well.
My passion for chiropractic care began in high school. As a three-sport athlete, I relied on my hometown chiropractor to stay healthy and active—an experience that inspired me to pursue a career helping others in the same way.
I care deeply about my patients’ ability to do what they love safely, effectively, and with minimal pain. I value chiropractic’s holistic, whole-person approach, with an emphasis on movement, mobility, and comfort. With my wife being a physical therapist, I recognize the importance of collaborative care, and will work with the rest of your care team as needed.
As my patient, you can expect to feel welcomed and at ease from the moment you walk in. I strive to be more than just your chiropractor—I aim to be a trusted partner in your care. I am committed to creating a safe, comfortable environment where you feel heard, supported, and confident sharing your experiences.
Each visit is designed to leave you feeling uplifted, listened to, and well cared for. I use a diversified technique, and may incorporate additional manual therapy, muscle work, and electrical stimulation when appropriate or desired to support your treatment goals. I am familiar with other chiropractic techniques as well, and am willing to work with you to determine a treatment plan that you are comfortable with and confident in.
